Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
(Coktel de Camarones)

- Shrimp (uncooked, shell on, any size)
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Onion
- Garlic
- Jalepeno
- Cilantro
- Limes
- Clamato brand tomato juice cocktail
-Tostadas, for serving


- Grill or boil shrimp. Peel when done & put in a large serving bowl.

- Chop cukes, tomatoes, ...

I've done it once before.

... With my sister. Pretty restrictive, but I had tons of energy as opposed to my sloth-like whatever now. It was pretty great.
Cutting out alcohol is the biggest issue. There's really nothing better to do here, in Hell, Texas.

It's pretty much, you gotta cut out red meat, all shellfish, all fish except for tuna and maybe salmon, all fruits except bananas,
no potatoes or tomatoes, no wheat, dairy, or gluten, no condiments ...

... Neither are M&Ms.

Soooo after my mumzy and I argued heavily yesterday (and arguing with my best friend to boot - she finally apologized this morning via text), and she basically told me she wanted me gone, I talked to My Friend B - who lives in TN - about an hr from my 'hood - and is in the Army. And is a tattoo artist. And likes Final Fantasy. XD

People throwing the L word around like it ain't no thang. Mr. Military that I've kinda been talking to finally texted me last night. He had to go be in the field or something for a month. And he was like "I missed you! I love you!" and I'm like "uhhhhhh......"

'Cuz seriously, I've heard that shit way too many times. It's started to lose meaning. Except when it comes to my kiddo.
