It looks like I will have the morning here to myself. Carma and Joey are going shopping. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back with a new Kindle or something. Anyway, I am just glad that Jackson will get a break from Joey's torture. Carma finally saw what I had been dealing with, and sent Joey to his room. For ten minutes. Then he was told that he can't treat Jackson like that. After all, the dog is not a trampoline, and Joey can't be jumping on him like he is one. And Joey listened for ...
Everything has been the same as usual lately. On Wednesday, my brother came over and put the drive belt back on the mower. On Thursday, I delivered the papers and was finished before 9am. On Friday, I watched Joey overnight. Joey has misplaced his Kindle, and none of us have been able to find it. It doesn't help that he says he put it in a different every time he is asked. It took forever, because the mower is so big and heavy. I called my brother to see if he could help. And it was my sister who answered the phone. She was with my brother. Anyway, my brother came and helped me push the mower the rest of the way. I asked if he'd be able to fix it, and he said he would if he could get the time. Until then, ...
It was really hot yesterday. I am glad I mowed the office's yard when I did. In the hour it took me to mow, the temperature rose five degrees. But I got it finished, and that's all that matter. I will have $15 more on my check on Thursday, and that makes me happy. And when I got back, it was time to buckle down and earn some last minute points for the last match of the competition. I have to assume that my opponent hasn't earned any more points. He still has the one point he logged, and he ...
