I called the company I am getting the computer from, and their machine operator said in its robotic voice that it will arrive by the 21st of December. A bit ironic, if you ask me. Anyway, as long as it arrives, I will be happy. Today both Itsy Bitsy and Omega took naps on my bed this afternoon. It was raining so much, I just felt sorry for the two wet cats. I haven't seen Kunoichi in a day and a half. I am starting to think that maybe she was swept away in the swollen creek. ...
The big news of the day is that after three months of losing repeatedly to my father in pool, I finally won tonight's session! I won three games before Dad won for the first time. Then Dad kicked into high gear and before I knew it the score was 6-6. By some magical force or something (as I have very little skill and strategy when I play), I won the last two games. The score was 8-6, with me as the winner! I did play very well tonight, and Dad was quite impressed with how much I've been improving. ...
Today was a do nothing day. I couldn't do much if I wanted to, as it rained most of the day. We got a letter from Mom today. Actually, he says that if were to write it out then Mom wouldn't open it. As for me, I just haven't had anything to say. At least nothing that I haven't already written to her before. My sister came ...
Great news! I called the company I am getting my computer from, and their machine operator stated that I owe them $0! I then checked on the status of the shipment, and the machine operator stated that it hasn't been shipped out yet. But still, I owe them nothing! And it is official! This morning Dad, my brother, and I went to town to spend my money. First, I gave Dad my half of the water bill, then I bought cell phone minutes at the store. I also bought two pairs of shoes. ...
It was frigid this morning, so Dad drove me to the office this morning. However, I arrived an hour later than normal, so that put me back an hour on getting finished. I went in the office to get my check. I saw this big number on it. Now, I am getting used to seeing bigger numbers on it, but those numbers were always correct. This time it was $50 too much. I purposefully slowed down my pace folding the papers in order to be there when the owner came. I told her about it, and she said it will ...
