This morning my fear was confirmed. The third kitten is no longer with us. It was nowhere to be seen. Maybe Itsy Bitsy isn't ready for parenthood. Maybe Itsy Bitsy prefers being the baby to actually taking care of a baby. Maybe I shouldn't care so much, as I am not financially stable enough to care for even more pets. Regardless, my time with the kittens was short but memorable.

Late last night, I was getting the cats ready for bed. By that I mean putting them in my room so there won't be any "accidents" overnight. I found Itsy Bitsy and Omega together in the sitting room. But that wasn't all I saw. Next to Itsy Bitsy was a little kitten. Itsy had finally given birth! I prepared a box and put her outside. Every ten minutes or so, I would go out and check on the progress. By 1:30 am, there were only two kittens; the first being born at 11:56pm. So I went ...

This morning I made the decision not to help with the redecorating of the office. I sent a message to the owner saying that it wasn't worth the ride to and from the office for only two hours of work. Work that I wouldn't be getting paid for. I also said that because of the chance of rain, I didn't want to get caught in it. She understood, and said that it was alright if I didn't want to go and help.

Today I spent the day playing video games. First, I played Fallout 3. I completed the mission where you deliver Lucy West's letter to her family, and met a colony of "vampires". I also completed the mission over in Big Town. I don't like those Super Mutants at all. I found that they don't like when I throw grenades and set mines, though; so all is well.

I finished my route today in under four hours. I arrived at work at 5:45 and finished everything at 9:30. I may be going to the office this weekend to help move the desks and stuff around so Iris and I can finally get our offices. If not, I don't work again until Monday.
